Tech Wave is governed open source. The framework is licensed so anyone can start a chapter without asking permission — the only condition is that it stays open and credited.

CC BY-SA 4.0 — charter, talks, notes and published materials. Attribute Tech Wave and share adaptations under the same terms.

Name

Chapters may use the Tech Wave name with their city, provided they follow the community charter. The governing body being structured will steward this.
