What we store

Your email address, an optional WhatsApp number, and the date you signed up. Nothing else — no tracking profile, no advertising data.

Why

To send you the kick-off details and one meetup invitation a month. Consent is the legal basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who sees it

The Tech Wave Marbella organisers. Event registrations you make on Luma are handled by Luma under their own privacy policy.

How long

Until you ask us to remove you, or after 24 months of no meetups.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent at any time. One email is enough — no form, no reason needed.
